This workshop on yoga and nutrition will be focused on digestion.
Workshop includes breath work and asana practice that you can take home. 

We will discuss three different states of metabolism. You will learn food combining along with antidotes and digestive aids for common foods. Discover beneficial and stimulating “formula” to improve your digestion on daily basis. We will practice breath work and poses in the flow of the workshop.

You will learn yoga poses to: 

– increase fat metabolism, lose excess weight 

– release digestive distresses,
– improve absorption/assimilation/ 

– detoxification of the major organs in the 

I will share with you Ayurvedic tips and recipes that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine and diet. This will help to keep your metabolism strong and is
