    Magdas yoga classes are fun and enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and explains all moves and the effects on our bodies as well as what joint a particular move will help us and our bodies. She is always changing the classes which is great!

I love learning all the different breathing methods, I can take back to my everyday life. Both my husband and I always look forward to her Wednesday and Friday classes.     I always look forward to Magda’s yoga classes. Her knowledge and explanations of all the poses and breathing exercises as she gently talks us through them makes us more aware of our bodies. I love learning how I can improve my flexibility and mental awareness and leave the class feeling good and relaxed.
    Magda’s interest in helping her beginner students to the path of yoga and her caring personality makes her a great yoga instructor.

    I enjoy going to Magda’s Yoga classes because I always feel so much better after. The physical as well as mental benefits of yoga is immeasurable. Magda changes up the classes to add variety & gives options for everyone’s level.
    She instructs us on the appropriate breathing methods to compliment the stretches, while explaining what muscles/anatomy we are working. So wonderful to have such a talented lady living in our community who wants to share her knowledge & personal experiences with us. Magda frequently attends Yoga workshops where she is constantly learning new information which she shares with her classes. Thank you Magda, for your dedication.
