Take a midweek pause to slow down, breathe deeply, and release what you’ve been carrying. 

This gentle Yin Yoga practice is your invitation to soften — to unwind tension in the body, quiet the mind, and find stillness within. Lets beat the winter blues with heart opening poses along with grounding and calming, breathwork, and mindful meditation that can boost your energy, and circulation, helping you counteract feelings of lethargy and isolation.

Through long, supported holds and mindful breathing, we’ll melt away stress, improve flexibility, and create space for calm and clarity to return. 

It’s the perfect midweek RESET — a time to let go, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

🕯️ No experience needed — just bring your mat, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.
